A strange problem that has been going on for a while and is still going on. Can anyone help?

When I went to the satellite side (Hotbird) and when I go back to the antenna side (T2) and try to record one channel and when I try to go to another channel or channel bundle, there is no picture. One of the tuners (J) no longer works.

This problem only occurs when I go specifically to Hotbird 13. If the device goes on its own, for example to record something on Hotbird, there is no this problem.

When I restart Enigma2, all works as should again.

and this works Gigablue Uhd Quad 4K Pro with Sundtek USB DVB-C/T2 tuner? I understood only Giga T2 plugin tuner worked.

Sundtek USB DVB-C/T2 tuner is not installed until this Sundtek man has time to try again fix it. These are just the device's own tuners (I and J).

This is only now a special problem. Now I noticed that when the device automatically switched itself to Hotbird and started recording the test, a moment later during the recording I opened my device and some of the Terrestrial channels no longer worked.

I have done some more testing and found a repeatable pattern.

When I switch from any Hotbird 13E service back to DVB-T2, tuner J consistently loses picture if tuner I is already recording a DVB-T2 service.

Signal is still present on tuner J (signal level is shown), but there is no video.

Restarting the Enigma2 GUI immediately restores tuner J. A full reboot is not required.

The same sequence from Astra 19.2E back to DVB-T2 does not cause the problem.

This appears to be fully reproducible on my receiver. Since a GUI restart fixes the problem immediately, I wonder if some software state or tuner resource is not being released correctly after leaving Hotbird services. The issue has occurred every time during my tests. I have not been able to reproduce it when returning from Astra 19.2E.

The issue is not related to a specific Hotbird channel or transponder. I have tested several different Hotbird services and they all produce the same result. The same test using Astra 19.2E instead of Hotbird 13E does not trigger the issue.

maybe not directly related but sometimes I also have 1 tuner not freed on sat reception .If I go to tunersettings and signal test and switch tuner it gets freed. Maybe simular problem.

Oh i am sorry, my intention was for it to help rule things out but my message did the opposite. Sorry. I'm deleting the message because it's offensive.

Quite often, after I have first been watching Hotbird 13 channels and then switch back to a channel on the Digita terrestrial network (for example, MTV3 Ava), I only get a black screen, and after a brief moment, the device crashes. The log shows the following entry:
<297972.122691> 17:30:03.4203 PC: b5c5a9a0
<297972.123099> 17:30:03.4207 Fault Address: b5628000
<297972.123322> 17:30:03.4209 Error Code: 2571
What does this mean?

It will be better to upload the whole crash log. Check for any sensitive details like WiFi password, IPTV usernames before uploading it.
