Hi - Positive news, all seems to have worked fine Is there any way to see what version of the skin I have installed? Like I said, I installed from the ipk hoping it would upgrade to the latest rar above but it says nothing to update? Just to confirm, where exactly is available online software updates?

installed on my VU+ Duo2 running Apollo 008 and now my movie/recordings list is completely blank (EPG etc working fine)

latest build:-

quite a few screen tweaks
add picon to movieselection
remove some more pngs that arent used.
skinned linuxsataddons

there is a new converter required which is in the rar file. hopefully this will get added to the git.


installation:-
extract rar
delete old Blue-HD folder from /usr/share/enigma2
transfer new Blue-HD folder to /usr/share/enigma2
transfer MovieReference.py to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/Converter/
restart e2

As long as you install the skin from the feeds it won't matter if you put my rars on. The image will update itself to the latest version available.

All fixed thanks. Final question - is there anywhere within the skin that says the exact version in use (or a file within the folder via FTP)?

Hi,

Seems to be an issue with Blue HD and Apollo 012, the Movie list doesn't display properly (it's fine with the standard Vix Night HD skin) on my Gigablue Quad. I have uninstalled and re-installed from the feeds and it's made no difference.

anyway the new converter is not required now.

Sorry to be a pain, but this a RAR file you've posted, not an IPK file. How do I install it?

extract the rar so youve got the Red-HD folder.

ftp to /usr/share/enigma2 and delete the Red-HD folder from inside here.
transfer new Red-HD across and then restart enigma2

best thing to do if it not working is just go into plugins and delete the old blue hd skin.... then refresh it with the new one :smiley_yup: All systems go then

yes thats not the same as the issue gah reported.

all you need to do is press menu and change the number of rows to say 10 or 11, which ever suits you best.
