I'm using Openvix 6.7.009 on my VU+Ultimo 4k box and I am having issues connecting from another locations on my LAN.
I am using Tivimate for IPTV on a Nvidia Shield and a fire stick and have the 'Movies' folder on my VU+ box set as the recording location. I set up Openvix as a brand new install with no restore from backups. My issue is it looks as if samba stops working after around 10 minutes. On booting I can record to the 'Movies' folder but after a short while the network location becomes unavailable but the Samba status shows Autostart enabled and running. If I click on 'restart network' the network share becomes available again. I have tried to take a look at the Samba config file in a terminal session on my Mac but my knowledge of Linux is very basic. Ive read somewhere that this is a known issue, would you guys be able to talk me through how to solve. Pictures show before and after network restart.
