Solo2 not starting after vix update

Have just flashed the box with vix helios after flash the box restarted. After the box restarted I was getting an error with lots of lines of info on the vix loading screen, so all I could do is turn the box of from the back. Now when I turn it on I get nothing on the tv or the front of the box but when I press the power button on front of box it does light up! Also the fan is on and the Ethernet lights but I can't ftp to the box!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you'r receiver is a clone, if so there is nothing we can or will do to help further.

no need to get defensive, as posted earlier, this sounds like a clone issue, if this is the case we can not help, if it is a genuine receiver we will help as much as possible.
