[ET8500] XTrend 8500 - glitching

upgraded a short while ago and ended up doing a factory reset. now have 4.2.16. getting glitching.. same lines etc, also sound very quiet..

Are there any files I can look at to see what is causing it?

had to get a lot of help with the upgrade as no suitable help found online..
