how dose that work pheonix I looked in the image & backup files on my USB stick and could not see any .ipk files
If you downloaded the plugins from the feeds you can download them as a .ipk with a telnet command, or as in my case, the plugins I use I have had for years often before they were on the feeds.

Oh yes, it is. I use it all the time on all my boxes.......I needed to do it with remote stream convertor because that one is not in the downloads.
If you think it's nonsense please do feel free to use another image.I am at a loss to understand this reflash policy. I've done vix, Zeus, Helios, Apollo. Now I have no doubts that this is necessary otherwise the vix team would not put users thru this. So I have a basic request. Cud one of you folk explain why this is currently necessary and cud you also look a bit into the future in your explanations and say at what point this nonsense will likely stop
I have long used the Vix 3.0, while changes to the Apollo. And I had the great joy of a new image!
Maybe that is worth a reflash?![]()
Not this current daftness. I just ask a simple question. Why the constant reflashes and when do they end
