[ABM-DVB-C] new to openVIX VU+ and need help with my non working box

Recently, my perfectly working Mini VU+ SOLO box with OpenVIX Backup 2 has stopped working. when i turn the box on it comes up with the start up screen for a few seconds, then a black screen with white text for 10 seconds telling me my system needs re starting and to email my log to [email protected] witch i have done but havent yet had a response. it then goes back to the start up screen (where it says Jenseneverest and openvix backup 2 and has the silver VIX logo in the top left spinning) and just stays like that where. someone please help. i payed a lot of money for this and the source has turned his phone off and i havent been able to get hold of him for months. kind regards Sean

Welcome to the forum. We do not support clone receivers or manufactures who make clone receivers here. The mini solo is a clone.

If you need support for your receiver, please speak to the manufacturer.

Please don't think I'm being a arse (well I am but that's beside the point). You have been conned into buying cheap and frankly dangerous equipment. I highly recommend you report the seller to trading standards as soon as possible. Bin it and buy a genuine receiver you will be far better off for it.
