[ViX_Misc] InfoBarGenerics.py, long blue button causing box to crash

Have you added that commit to your 6.0.008(release) as the commit is less than a day old.

If so, try removing it.
 
Yes, I have commit it to my 6.0.008 to test subtitles after pause. TwolDE2 asked for the crash log to investigate what is causing box to crash.
 
Yes, I get a crash with the default short press blue, works without the commit....

Line numbers are slightly different, but I'm running 6.1 - Having said that 2900 corresponds to the source, as do the other 2 lines in InfoBarGenerics.

Short press blue does nothing for me (it should open PiP).
 
Its a plugin issue, not the sub title chnge - will look when I get home
This looks like an issue that was fixed with —fnc

.... I compared it with the file I used, they're both identical.

I've just tried my other box running 6.0.008, subtitles work and no crashes!

The 6.1.000.000.developer I've been running is now 3 weeks old, and it did crash. POST #4

To me it looks like you have just grabbed the file out of the "python3" branch when that branch does not correspond to the release image. Release image would need the file from "Dev-python3-compatible".

"python" is a future branch. You can't just grab a file out of the wrong branch and expect it to work.

I am not sure which version you are using so can you replace line 2852 with

or use the attachment ... but it has the additional plugin code that causes the crash for Orlandx

Can you define the key presses to get to the crash because on my current image I don‘t get these crashes
 
Blue button on live tv.

Yellow button on live tv when there's "no free tuner!".

I just added your attachment in #16 to 6.0.009.001 (Dev).
