HELP, Totally locked machine during software update

Any help please, I was updating my Ultimo4K with vix 6.9.001 to 002. Got to flashing and the machine has locked at 'Open Vix .....starting' I had done this over the wifi. The machine will not read a USB now so can't get out of a totally locked machine.

You should post under the image support thread but say a bit more here and you may get more help. How did you perform the update, was it online or USB? I can see it was wi fi and that to me is a no no, at least when updating plug in a lan cable but thats for next time. Have you a few USB's and formatted to fat 32. Have you plugged in a land cable and see if you can open webif?

Why did you go from 001 to 002 so quick?
