They are all included, but they are included with 1_0_1 instead of 1_0_19, but if you are using the standard VIX image and skin they should show up regardless, if this skin does not overwrite any picon renderer files, it should also show the picons correct, but perhaps you overwrote some files by installing one of the very first versions of this skin

and now it's all gone haywire.
The reason for me making these changes is to avoid problems and duplicates in the long run, the first part of a serviceref is the servicetype 101=TV, 102=RADIO and for some reason then came 1019, being HDTV, but there's also 1016 used in fastscan lists, and many more...
The problem was there could be multiple versions of bbc1hd as an example
1:0:1:1B1D:802:2:11A0000:0:0:0
1:0:19:1B1D:802:2:11A0000:0:0:0
1:0:16:1B1D:802:2:11A0000:0:0:0
Then somebody comes along and says, the servicref has changed and 1:0:1:1B1D:802:2:11A0000:0:0:0 is now itv1, this is changed, but 1019 and 1016 remained the same, and incorrect, until some time later and somebody reports that 1019 is now itv1, 1016 is no longer used, but stays in as garbage, after quite some time, you get a lot of garbage and a lot of duplicates and a lot of time wasted doing the same work, as of now that's history. I could release a version with 1019 and 1016 included, but then the updates will take longer, because there are 3x more files and the users that use 7z archives will complain that the filessize has gone x3 when extracted.
And since that the default VIX image (and OpenPLI) uses 101 by default if it couldn't find a 1019 version, problems are almost non existent, unless you messed with the files responsible.
