[VU+ Solo4K] Stop on flashing image

I`m trying to flash my new solo 4k with openvix 4.2.001

I put the usb in thr front usbreader og turn the solo 4k on with the power button on the back. After some seconds it tells me to push the power button on the front. I do sow. And the it says reading usb..... After a little while it says flashing image. And ther it stops. It have been standing like that now for 30 min now.

It is a brand new box. It have never been used

Where did you buy it from ? Did it not come flashed with the latest image _ currently 005

It has orginal image. But I want OpenVIX

After it has standed on flashing image for about 1 hour. I turned it off and restarte and now i can not see the menys on the tv. Only on the display on the vu+ solo 4k.

Is it broken now? Or how can i get in the latest openVIX image on it?

Have tried restore to fabric. But the same

Try re flashing the original image via USB from VU+ website, use a rear USB port and make sure your USB stick is a reputable brand such as Kingston, make sure it is 8gb or less and is correctly formatted to Fat32.
Your solo4k should be able to recover from this, it is probably a dodgy USB stick.

Have tried flashing the orginal image now. But it does not get any further than flashing image. It has standed like that for 10-15 min now.

Old bootloader who makes this problem?

solo4k doesn't have a software bootloader.
Aquire a decent USB stick and try again.

Yeah try a decent usb stick, that is the most likely cause as DaMacFunkin mentioned above.

Brand New usb stikk. And problem solved in 10 min
