Watch files from Plugged in USB?

Hey guys

Ive plugged in a USB to the front of my box which has some mkv files on it.

I am not sure though on VIX how I can view a USb contents or play the files?

I have went to plugins > media scanner but it says no files found.

I know the box does play MKV though as I just watched one I transferred from the PC to the Vu hard disk as a test

Hi.
Press the file list / media button (next to the menu button) then press the yellow (location) button and you should see your USB device listed there. Select it and you should see your files.

Ah will it read NTFS though?

I put the USb into the front slot and i dont see the name of the USB appearing in the menu at all. Ill try some other pens until one works I guess.

Mount the drive first, by pressing menu, setup, VIX, mount manager.
