thanks schweeler
MetrixHD is 720p skin whereas OpenVixHD uses a resolution of 1080. Unfortunately every part of the skin would need recoding from the ground up, and now as a family man with two women demanding the TV the opportunity to do this is very limited.
At some point I would like to make a skin for OpenVIXHD perhaps a 'Lite' version of Metrix. In the meantime if someone wishes to takeover developing for 1080 I am happy to help them do so.
When you say OpenVixHD is 1080p I take it is just the skin and text on the skin which is 1080p? I really don't see any difference really apart from the text being too small to read. So, if I go back to latest OpenVix (not hd) will metrixHD skin be available on plugins?
So, as a continuation of the previous question apart from the skin being 1080p is there any difference between HD and non HD latest image builds? Also, is it possible to restore settings from an HD build to a non HD build?
That's correct, it is just the skin and if you go back to the latest OpenVix non-HD Metrix HD is still in the plugin feeds.
My understanding is that it is only skin related changes. I know Rossi advised not to restore settings when going from non-HD build to HD, but not sure if it would work the other way. Personally if you're backed up I would try it and if it doesn't work you have the option to go back to the HD build. I expect it will be fine and heard a rumour the the HD & non-HD builds are to be combined shortly anyway![]()
Stuart35 & Jugulator. Yes the fixes have been uploaded, so should be back in the feeds very soon. The feeds update with the builds, so it will be fixed in the next Vix update hopefully very soon.

thank you very much, but where can i download it. Downloaded from the feed, but there is no 1080 option.
