[VU+ Duo2] Connecting a Edision Box

Don`t know if the place to post can anyone point me in the direction of how to connect a Vu+2 box to a Edison box both have the same image trying to connect network so the Edison box uses the Vu+ Box hard drive I have tried to mount them but cant get them to work any help will be gratefully apreciated

Install NFS and SAMBA on both receivers.

Use network browser on Edision, mount the HDD and from Duo and make sure use as hdd replacement is set to yes.
